No. If you get a game or DLC for free with Xbox Game Pass, you can play the game as long as you have the subscription and as long as the game does not leave the Xbox Game Pass library. If one of the circumstances occurs, you will need to buy the game to continue playing it.

Games may exit the catalog after a period of time. Once a game leaves the Xbox Game Pass catalog, you'll need to purchase a digital copy from the Xbox app for Windows or the Microsoft Store, play from a disc, or obtain another form of entitlement to continue playing the game.
