Steam games can only be played through Steam, as it is a completely different platform unrelated to Xbox. If you want to play on an Xbox console or through the Xbox platform on your PC, you will need to purchase the games from Xbox.
How do I transfer Steam games to my Xbox?
Only Play Anywhere titles can be purchased from the PC and also played on Xbox (or vice versa) without having to purchase the games again. Those games would be made available in the Microsoft Store in order to do that, so the EA games are not Play Anywhere.
