You can play games together or share your game library with friends and family members who are also still using their PS4, thanks to a feature called Share Play. (If you do have a friend with a PS5, you can also play their PS5 games on your PS4 with Share Play, too.)

Can you get banned for game sharing on PS5?

You won't get banned for gamesharing but it's TECHNICALLY against TOS to gameshare and those reasons where from the perspective of the Sony's customer services. It's not enforced really, as too many people gameshare and Sony is fully aware of this.

Can 2 accounts share PlayStation?

Yes. Just set your PSN account as primary and you can share PS Plus and any digital games you have purchased with all other PSN accounts on the same console.

Is game sharing against TOS?

Sharing account information in order to "game share" does violate the code of conduct/terms of service and would put you at risk for being banned.
