Yes. A Steam account may authorize Family Library Sharing on up to 5 accounts and on up to 10 devices in a 90 day period. This includes accounts/devices that you have cancelled sharing with in that same time period. also own the base game.
Is it legal to share GOG games?
Your account and games are for your personal use only. If you want to share them, you can always buy a gift for that person. The DRM-free nature of our service means that we trust you that this will not be abused.
Is it legal to download a game you own?
No. If you legally own a license to software you can't pirate it. Piracy inherently entails theft, which isn't occurring if you purchased the software.
