Contrary to what some might assume, the Bible does not condemn wealth categorically. In fact, there are many examples of wealthy individuals who are portrayed positively in scripture. Abraham, for example, was a wealthy man who was greatly blessed by God.

Why is money a blessing?
When you have money in the world today, you have power in the society, you are highly respected and even positions that you know that are not yours are even given to you. I can testify that when you are rich in the society, families will regard you more and respect your views even when it does not make sense.
