Is it bad to slam the clutch?
It's not harmful but it's not recommended. It's better to keep your drivetrain connected so have control over the vehicle at all times. The only time you need to push in the clutch is when shifting gears or when you're about to come to a complete stop and the vehicle is moving less than about 5 mph.
Is stomping on the clutch bad?
Don't rest your foot on the clutch. Doing so means a constant pressure is being applied, causing your clutch's friction disk to slip and create unnecessary heat.
Is it bad to let the clutch out fast?
You might increase wear a bit, but you aren't going to break it. In the long run, letting the clutch out too fast (or two slow) a few times while you get the hang of driving manual isn't going to make a difference. Even if you do damage it, it can be repaired. Not a huge deal.
