The NASA Insignia (the blue “meatball” logo), the NASA Logotype (the “worm” logo) and the NASA Seal may not be used for any purpose without explicit permission. These images may not be used by persons who are not NASA employees or on products, publications or web pages that are not NASA-sponsored.
Are images from NASA copyright free?
Unless otherwise noted, all images and animations are generally not copyrighted. You may use NASA imagery, video and audio material for educational or informational purposes, including photo collections, textbooks, public exhibits, and Internet web pages.
Can you wear NASA shirt?
Companies interested in producing NASA-related merchandise have equal access to NASA information. There is no licensing or exclusivity agreement with NASA.
Are NASA articles copyrighted?
