Can you pick up a missed package?
Customers may go to the Post Office to pickup the item on or after the date and time indicated on the PS Form 3849 delivery notice. When an item is looked up via the USPS Tracking® feature, the Post Office® information may not be provided immediately after an attempted delivery.
Can I pick up a package instead of redelivery?
Yes. Go to the pickup webpage (https://www.usps.com/pickup) and follow the prompts. After signing in, you will see a list of your scheduled Package Pickups and you have the ability to EDIT the specific information for each pickup. You can also CANCEL or ADD a scheduled pickup.
Can I pick up my package from UPS if I missed delivery?
If you want to pick up your package at a UPS Customer Center, your request must be received by 7 p.m. If you're unavailable when UPS attempts delivery at your address, UPS may deliver your package to a UPS Access Point® location near your home, where your package will be held for you to pick up for 7 calendar days.
Can I pick up a package that wasn't delivered?
Can USPS Packages Be Picked Up If A Delivery Was Missed? If you believe that your package delivery was missed (for one reason or another) you may be able to initiate an intercept, requesting the USPS hold your package for you until you can come down to the post office and get it yourself.
