The Queen Bee is an optional boss players can face in Terraria. While she is not relevant to the story the items she drops can be immensely helpful to a player's progress.

No, it is not true the beekeeper must eventually kill the Queens, but something similar happens. As queens age they sometimes die. Other Queens is a age, or less productive it laying eggs. In nature a Queen it does not leave very many eggs may be killed by the workers.

Build an arena in the surface jungle and summon the Queen Bee using an Abeemination. She's much easier then and then you'll have the bee weapons to use against all the other bosses.
