Does urine have the same freezing point as water?
Urine is not just water, it also has some other stuff in it, like urea, uric acid, sodium salts and whatnot. These things make urine freeze at a lower temperature than water, which freezes at 0°C or 32°F.
Will my pee freeze if I pee outside?
I can catagorically (and experimentally) deny that your pee will freeze before it hits the ground - even at -100F (-74C). It stays liquid, and I have seen evidence that even off a building (2 stories) it can remain liquid - maybe due to the salt and/or alcohol content...
